Level 2 Digital Fingerprint Scanning and Background Check

For many occupations in Florida, background checks are required for state agency licensing or approval. BioWhorl works with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the FBI to capture fingerprints and provide a background check.

We regularly use standard ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) codes and OCA (Controling Agency Identifier) codes to route your results for evaluation by the appropriate organization or agency.

Pricing and Payment

There are different requirements for different Florida agencies and background checks. Base pricing is as follows:

VECHS $70.00 VECHS Volunteer $62.00

DCF Clearinghouse $75.00

AHCA Clearinghouse $90.00

Notary Services add on $10.00 (by appointment only)

Florida Hillsborough County Tax is 7.5% and credit card fee of 2.75% are applicable. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
